Product Information
What is PuraKrin®?
PuraKrin® is the active ingredient in our formulation that is processed from soluble skin nutrients that are scientifically developed for skin rejuvenation. PuraKrin® is aimed at providing paracrinal stimulation for accelerated healing and healthy skin.

What skin types are your products suitable for?
Laudrés products are formulated with each of the five skin types (Normal, Dry, Combination, Sensitive, Oily) in mind to cater to your specific skin concerns.

Are your products safe for use for all skin types?
Yes, Laudrés skincare products are Dermatologically-Tested and are free from most skin irritants, as mentioned in our Brand Ethos.
All Laudrés skincare products are formulated with actives that do not cause irritation on normal skins. In other words, we do not overdose the actives and are formulated with the recommended dosage of each active.
Does Laudres test its products on animals?
We do not condone any form of animal cruelty and are strictly against testing our products on animals.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in Singapore.
How should we store your products correctly?
It is advisable to store your products away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry environment to prevent exposure to heat and light which can accelerate the breakdown of key ingredients found in our products.
Can I use your products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we advise that you consult your doctor before use.
Is it normal to feel a tingling-sensation when using a new product?
A tingling sensation without an appearance of redness or rash is not an ‘irritation’. If a tingling sensation is felt, it is likely due to the quick absorption of products into the skin, and that usually happens in very dehydrated skins. But over a few applications, the skin should be accustomed to the product and should not feel any further tingling. Since our products contain a high concentration of our key active ingredients, it is normal to experience some tingling sensation upon application.
However, if tingling sensation persists or worsens, cease the use of the product immediately and seek medical help if symptoms worsen.
I am experiencing some irritation/allergic reaction after using the product. What should I do?
Discontinue use of the product immediately and consult your dermatologist.
It is recommended to conduct a patch-test before using our products. Apply a small amount of the product to a clean area of your skin. If any redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, cease the use of the product immediately and seek medical help if symptoms worsen.
Kindly refer to our ingredient list under the product information to identify potential sensitivities.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products have a shelf life of three years. Upon opening, our products will remain effective for 24 months. We highly recommend usage of our products within 24 months for optimal results.

Orders
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log in to your account and select “Order History” under “My Account”. If you still have any questions regarding your order, please send an email to enquiries@laudres.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I modify/cancel my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept modification or cancellation of orders once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. All sales upon confirmation are final.
What should I do if my order is missing/something is wrong?
Kindly send an email to enquiries@laudres.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express etc.).
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping options and how much do they cost?
As Laudrés ships worldwide, shipping costs vary by region. All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
This service includes a DHL Tracking Number.
Shipping costs will be reflected upon checkout. We have negotiated preferred shipping rates with DHL to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
Do you accept international orders?
Laudrés offers international shipping.
Do note that all international orders are subjected to local custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties, which are not included in the shipping charges.
All applicable custom duties and taxes will be paid by the customer. You will be notified directly via phone or email by our delivery partner if payment is necessary.
When will my orders be shipped?
Upon confirmation of your order, A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Kindly allow us within 2 – 4 business days to process and pack all orders.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you have entered a wrong address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@laudres.com
However, if the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments and Laudrés will not be liable for any replacement, refunds or any additional cost incurred due to the undelivered parcel.
It’s been quite some time but I have not received my order. What should I do?
If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please email us at enquiries@laudres.com and we will get in touch with you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Laudres’ return/refund policy?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds. .
We have a 14 days warranty on products purchased on our website. Should there be a need to exchange your purchase, we will accept exchanges on orders placed within 14 days from the delivery date accompanied with a valid reason for exchange.
Kindly drop us an email at enquiries@laudres.com with your order number and let us know what went wrong.
Kindly note that shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by our customers.
I have received a damaged/wrong order. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and take full responsibility for this mistake. In the rare event that this occurs, kindly reach out to us at enquiries@laudres.com and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for personal damages to an item ( In the event if the item has been dropped, stolen, misused etc.)
